Magnuson S/C and hidden winch mount?

Does anyone know if the hidden winch mount is still a viable option with a Magnuson S/C?

 

Anyone?

 

There are several winches on the market. Which winch are you looking at? Are you worried about interference with the inter-cooler?

 

Hello, I am mostly concerned about the SDHQ hidden winch mount working. It is nearby the S/C cooler mount. I might end up with a Warn winch or I might go with the similar highly rated Harbor Freight one... I figure if the mount works, the winch should sit slightly forward of the cooler area. Although, that is an assumption.

I am actually on the fence about the winch to begin with. Thus why I might go for it, yet get the less expensive HFreight one.

 

I recommend reaching out to SDHQ regarding their winch and the intercooler. They reply very quickly and they run several blown offroad Tundras. They will be able to tell you if the physical envelop allows for both installations.

 

Had one on the Taco. All I needed to do was flip the bracket for the intercooler pump(?) And it made room for the winch.
