Bought my first truck ever in 2016 before the new gen 3 hit the lots. Tacoma sport in super white. Then to a 2019 Voodoo blue Pro Tacoma. Yesterday, on my wife’s birthday, 2021 Tundra Pro. Look forward to you guys helping me spend more money! Spray in bed liner scheduled, Go Rhino RB20 running boards on order. Needs better floor mats, probably Husky?

Nice string of trucks you got there. Came from a Taco as well. Lots of folks come from Tacoma's I don't see anyone regretting it. Annoyed at the lack of rear locker on a Tundra would be my one mark against.. Enjoy your new project. Welcome.

Thanks John, agree on the rear locker. I hear the new ground up redesign is next year. Figured I better get this V8 before it is gone!

Welcome. Not a Pro but otherwise similar.

And I went with the gator floor liners, which may be made by Husky.

Welcome! I went to a tacoma to tundra as well and couldn't be happier.

Agreed. Locker and sound system are the only things I don't like. I had JBL in the tacoma and it was pretty decent.

I will check them out, thanks! Nice truck!
This Pro has the JBL, hoping for at least as good, haven’t really tried it out yet.

I like them. The pros to them are the wide platform and they hug close to the truck. Cons are they can rust, so you need to keep an eye out. The OEM predator steps are aluminum so they won't rust but I don't care much for them. Had them on my Tacoma. Too small of a foot platform and kind of awkward. The RB 20s give you more flexibility in how to use them. If you want them but want to avoid rust and put some time into it, you could try a DIY bedliner. The pre-bed liner boards I have read mixed reviews about the quality of the bedliner. I figured if they rusted out I would re-buy as they are pretty cheap in the scheme of things.

Just bought the Gator floor liners. In a chat with a representative, she said they are made by Husky, which I had before and liked. Gave me an additional small discount as well! Thanks for the tip!

Welcome! I made the switch from Tacoma as well. Had an 06 4Runner with the 4.6 that I got rid of this summer for a 17 Taco. Didn’t realize how much I’d miss the v8 and the fact that the Taco was way too small for a family of 4, so I was lucky enough to get back what I paid for on the Tacoma and got a 17 Tundra.

    Good to be here thanks!
Got a good tip from another member on prepping my Go Rhino RB20 running boards before install CRC Heavy Duty Corrosion Inhibitor. Going to spray hardware and the bottoms. Paid extra for bed liner on tops.
