Just recently installed the lift and 35" Toyo Open Country AT3s. Love the new look.

Looks great! How's your UCA clearance with the 35" tires? I've always been curious.

Looks great. My next tire and size. Already have the Wescott on mine as well. Just need the Nitto's to wear out.

Yes, a pic of the UCA clearance would be great.

That is a sweet ride....two questions.
    1. Are those stock rims? If so, what size?
    2. When you say 35"s, can you give the exact size? I'm considering AT3's.

    Ditto on the UCA clearance.

    My 285/70 RG's leave me about 1/2".

Looking at the actual specs of the tire, I am curious how you got it to fit. Jeff at Wescott always said a 35x12.5 KO2 would fit but "nothing more aggressive". a 35x12.50 KO2 is only 12" wide and 34.5" tall, whereas the Toyo is 12.50" wide and 34.5" tall. I know, only 1/2" difference, and only a 1/4" difference per side, but my 285/70 RG's are already 11.5" wide. If I went to a true 12.50", that 1/2" gap between the tire and UCA would be gone.

I've looked at these scenarios 100 times and always came back to either I would not have room for a true 12.5" wide tire or I would have to run spacers to make them fit. I'm not a fan of spacers, so I felt doomed to a 295/70....until this thread. Now I just have more question.

@Kevfran99 inquiring minds want to know.

Sorry for the delayed response. I'll have to get you a pic of the UCA clearance as my tires don't rub. I'll also try to remember to get an actual width of the tire once it's installed too. I'm also not a fan of spacers and didn't want to go that route. You can see in the pics I removed one of my front mud flaps but not the other. Have to decide which look I like better.

Thanks man. Let me know how many credit cards you can fit between the tire and the UCA.

I assume the UCA'a are stock?

Looks good! Waiting on my coachbuilder order before my install but after seeing your truck, I’ve decided on those same tires for my 17” Icon rebounds.

This is going to be what pushes me over the edge to do the same, with either 295s or 35/12.5s. The stance and look are perfect, especially if you have no rub, and no spacers. I love the stock wheels, but was under the impression I'd need spacers, or aftermarket wheels with better offset.

Thanks for the picture! That's about what I was expecting. I don't think these trucks have much camber change and I can't think of a situation where you'd really take up that gap anyways so it's kind of a non-issue. Unless you lost a wheel bearing or something there's no reason for the tire to move much in either direction.

I have been contemplating that Westcott lift for a while now. Did you install it yourself or have someone else do it?

I installed it myself. Given I have a full time mechanic at work. I used the lift and his tools. There's several places where it takes 2 people.

Wow thats tight! I’d probably play it safe and opt for 295’s but the 35’s look so good! Thanks for posting the pics.

They will elongate when driving, but if you plan on airing down any, they may rub. I forgot all about that. I'll air down my 285's this weekend and see how close I am to the UCA. I usually go down to 20psi when on rocky terrain.

I can check that for you. It would not be of a concern for me as my off road use is very little to none.
