Looking to put a bull bar

Looking to put a black textured bull bar not sure what it would look like once it's all said and done anybody have some pics of a tundra with a black bull bar would love to see the finish. Thanks

@ viha22 - Clean lines that go well with the OEM Grill. Can we get a link or name for this part? In your opinion how well will it actually protect the front of the truck? I've heard of other bull bars that are mostly decorative in nature.

goes great with a 3rd gen. although i love that design, i have a 2nd gen with tubular side steps, and i think the old school design would suit me better..

 

also, are you required to have a front plate in your state?

 

Yep. CA. When Provided by DMV -which is basically always. I took note of the bar crossing the plate already. Will have to factor into decision. Any additional comment?

 

same here in Ohio. im tired of seeing crap i dont care about on the ballot - its time to abolish front license plates. rant over. anyways, you will need to get a plate relocation bracket, which limits your options on lights and was the reason i decided against one...for the time being

 

Understandable. In CA, they now have a retro-license plate I requested that is black with yellow lettering that might blend-in better depending on relocation. Something for me to tinker with anyways. Trying to research the actual structural benefits of this type of bull bar if you have any links for that?
