Came to Hawaii for work. We are close to being on a lock down. Just like a lot of other states.
    Open:
Grocery Stores not much in them
    Gas stations
    Restaurants take out only
    Pharmacy
    7-11 and ABC
    Closed:
    Beaches
    Stores merchandise
    Parks
    Massage Parlors
What are you situations, what are you doing for fun? I am going to talk to my wife about sending my fishing gear here.
I have co- workers showing up Tuesday, they will be required to be quarantined for 14 days, along with anyone else that lands on the island.
    Cheers

Going to and from our overseas locations we are quarantined for 14 days each. So our deployments just became longer.
Currently we are working from home until 5 April.
One location we cant even get into be ause they shut down the international airport. So we have a dude stuck there for now.
A heck of a lot less traffic here.
Wally World is telling and stopping folks from buying too many of one item, like TP and cleaning supplies.
The bases are on a quasi lock down. If you dont live or work there, you have no business going there. Retired and VA Disabled cant shop at the commissary.
Me and the wife are going for a walk this evening to get away from the house.

Ohh god, not the massage parlors.

Ca is in a lockdown. Went out a bit on Friday to the store and visited my brother in law's pizza restaurant. His business is doing ok...the state/county has relaxed the rules for selling alcohol. They are able to sell beer to go, and can do growler fills. He's working with local breweries to stock a bunch at a killer price ($4/16oz can). A couple people just came in and bought beer and left.

Some breweries are delivering beer too.

I’ve been working out from home with elastic bands and then doing jogs / sprints.
I’m considered an “essential employee” so, if our state goes into lockdown, it won’t effect me and still require me to go to work :(
Unless I can try it from home as there won’t be anything for me to do lol

Been working remote for two weeks now. Overall that is going well.

My kids are doing fine. Trying to keep them busy. We do family walks at least once a day to stay active and get out of the house. Crazy to see so many families hanging out at the park and letting their kids play on the playground. Annoying... we keep our distance.

Generally not going out, but most stores still seem to be open here. At least for now. I think out governor is just about to issue formal “stay in your home” orders.

Have been reaching out to family and friends that I don’t normally talk to. I have about 12 active text messages going. It’s been nice to chat with folks actually. Plan to ping them at least once a week for the foreseeable future.

In Florida we do not have mandatory lock down for everyone yet but obviously like other states a lot of businesses have closed. I am in the construction industry so we are still working since the field crews are kind of distancing themselves being out there in the middle of nowhere, and the office guys are mostly working from home. I will see what happens this week. My wife works in healthcare so she is still working also.
Kids are home since school and college are closed.
Last night we went to the drive-in since it is a place to go out and see a movie while still practicing social distancing. All together but everyone in their own protective bubble. Coincidentally there was a lot of Tundras - almost as many as Ford, Chevy and Ram combined - Tundra must be a favorite under family-use trucks.

Pretty typical for a Sunday in S.Utah.

Quiet in town. People still out grocery shopping and what not. Helped a buddy flop some sheet metal down on his shop roof. Taking the dogs out for a hike later.

182 cases statewide. Currently no reported cases in Iron Co. One case in St. George and he was on the cruise ship in Japan. Finger's crossed. Stay safe and vigilant out there guys and gals.

BTW. Considering critical infrastructure. A buddy in the Seattle area who's a railroad engineer is getting special travel paperwork to be able to continue to work. Take that for what it's worth.

Went to two different Ralphs markets, the .99c store, Logix to deposit a check, got gas, then went to Home Depot. This is a normally busy large strip mall that has a packed L.A. Fitness; it was strange to see it so empty, so I stopped to take a picture. I usually drive around and around to find a parking spot, but not yesterday.

Wife and I are alternating working from home since school is closed for at least two more weeks. As said above, restaurants bars and gyms closed. Home depot closing at 6pm daily. Groceries picked over, tp and bottled water hard to find.

Dipping into our elk and axis meat cache and cooking like its thanksgiving, getting fat. Noone has coronavirus that we know of. Life is good.

Nice getting a break from the rat race.

    Maryland here.

I'm "essential personnel" so I'm still working and making extra money/comp time now that the county government has officially closed its doors so I'm all for it for my own selfish reasons lol.

But, to fill my time since my gym is closed, I've taught myself how to conduct a paint correction on my wife's car, learned to solder copper pipe and fixed some shower plumbing issues, and been yelled at by my wife a lot. Pretty productive I'd say

That's my favorite. People wearing N95 masks meant for dust and touching their phones with their gloves, knowing damn well when they get in the house they're trashing those gloves and grabbing their phones again.

Texas's governor just suspended the law (for the time being at least) that prevented restaurants from delivering alcoholic beverages.
So we can order Doordash, Uber Eats, etc and get Beer, Drinks, etc with a food order!

Were not super restricted here but people keep panicking a bit and going to over stock at stores for supplies, stores are trying to keep up but its tough with orders coming in from the news for social distancing and restricting contact with others as well as non-essential businesses closing.

Gas prices are low and its definitely hurting our Texas oil field workers, barrels of oil are worthless and they cant compete with Saudi/Russia getting in a price war. We get cheap gas but I feel for those people and their families.

We're not on full blown lockdown but the roads are definitely less empty and people are out far less.
These are weird times to be living through

I've been practicing social distancing for the past 10 years, I can't tell that anything's changed, other than the park is busier now than most days during the summer, and I can't just walk into my gun shop and buy ammo.
