Snow is all gone from my area but we got 10" at my parents place last week. Tundra handled well even with my stock tires!

We were bout 9500 feet up and there was quite a bit. We were going to hike to 11,300 but turned back cause of all the snow. My feet were soaked by the end of the hike. Did not bring my winter boots on this trip since it was June

A few years ago on Memorial Day I was able to camp at my friend's property at 10.6 K feet. He snow shoed up to his property last Sunday. It's all about the drifts. He got another 20" of snow a week and a half ago. I hope to be able to get up there before the end of the month. Nice pics by the way!!

Lot's of hot weather coming up so snow will melt fast. You should just move out here and get it over with!

i camped out at buffalo pass last weekend and had to barrel through some 3' snow drifts to get to our spot - it also snowed all the first night. the ranger we met told us we wouldn't make it but we could give it a shot. had my buddy in his taco pull me back a few times but it made for an epic spot with nobody around us all weekend.

Aurora is growing but in a good way. Huemongus Medical complex and lots of high paying aerospace companies. Downside....super hi rent and house costs. Colorado is a big state. Depends what you do. A lot of areas here pay lot less income wise but cost of living goes down accordingly.
