So I added a Road Armor Stealth front bumper today. Really happy with how it came out, but now it needs some lights. Road Armor recommends the PIAA 510, but they are impossible to find, and it seems like there are better options out there in terms of light performance.

The mounting holes are slightly oval, and are set up for a recessed mount. I’m concerned about finding a good fit. The Baja Designs XL-R pros look like they could possibly work, but add up to a lot of money to throw down on a guess about fitment (the bumper is set up for four lights).

Anyone have any experience with this setup, or have any suggestions? I’ve attached a couple photos of the mounting locations for reference. 4624B481-B064-4366-8074-3088DD09AF5C.jpgBD8D9ED5-E1F9-419C-87E7-7B72F0AAE4E2.jpg4F6C230C-C1E1-481E-B2A6-4EB092298217.jpg0936C9E5-992A-4754-AC40-A4B2AFC07268.jpg

If I recall, someone here has that bumper. Let me see if I can find it.

Yeah, I searched hard myself, but came up empty. I figured somebody has to have run this bumper before...

After much consideration, I have ordered two pair of the Baja Designs XL-R 80s. It may take some imagination, but I’m pretty sure I can make them work. There’s at least a month lead time on the lights, so I’ll update once I get them in hand.

No wait - got it from Bumper Only. Called up and verified that it was in stock, and it was on the way. They were very good to deal with.

Finally got around to mounting the XL-R 80s today. I may need to tinker with the aiming, but they bolted up pretty easy. Waiting for it to get dark to see what I’ve accomplished.13C5B109-39FD-4D4D-B8A3-CB0645758792.jpg
