Hi all, I’m new here and I apologize because I know lift kit questions are beating a dead horse, but after searching for a while I haven’t been able to find the specific answers for what I’m looking for.

My 04 AC 4x4 has 120k miles with stock suspension. I mainly just want to improve the ride, add a little lift, and throw some 255/75/R17’s on.

I’m thinking of doing 5100’s all around, with the front set to ~1.5”, and replacing the sagging leaf springs with Deaver’s, which state they add about 1” lift.

First question is will I need to drop the front diff, even with such little lift? Same with the rear, will I have to do a carrier bearing drop?

Also, will I just be able to keep the stock Coilovers with the 5100’s or buy new ones to accommodate the lift?

    Thanks, I appreciate the help!

I don't think so, but I'll let somebody else answer that one.

You won't need to space the carrier for that.

If you mean coils, keep the coils you have and just replace the shocks with 5100s. Sounds like you have a good plan.

Did you ever get the Deaver leafs in? Curious how much lift you got?
