LED light auto off delay?

Hello all,

So, what I am curious about.

Is there a way to wire a LED light to the turn signal, so the LED light is constant on while the turn signal is selected on, and operating normally. Blinking normal, added LED light on constant.

Then when the turn signal turns off, it has a delay. Say 5 seconds or so?
