Worth every penny of the $45.00 the LED light kit cost from Headlight Revolution. It may not look like much in the pics, but it made one hell of a difference in person.

I just did the interior led upgrade and it is crazy how much better it looks. +1 on the recommendation.

I did the same last month with Headlight Revolution kit, what a difference! I had the wife open the passenger vanity mirror and BAM the spotlights turned on.

I did the license plate lights as well, but took them back off. I love the white LED color, but they were way too darn bright for license plate lights.

Right I did the license plate and all the rear lights (brake, turn signal, reverse). What I like there is that RED is red and there's a true ON/Off unlike a glow from a regular bulb!

Until I saw their video of the interior replacement LEDs, I had no idea there was a driver's side foot well light. It's so damn dim you I couldn't see it.

What a joke that little bulb is! The little LED is a bit better but not much. WARNING....make sure to push the new LED bulb all the way and that it is secure! Mine somehow got dislodge and I ended up losing it somehow. I looked down one night and thought boy it's really dark down there, LOL! Took a closer look and NO LIGHT!

I replaced it with a VLED bulb. Which I think is a bit better as it has leds on side and tip of the unit.

Haha! When I got my light kit in, it took me a while to figure out why I had an extra LED bulb that was so tiny.

I also did Headlight Revolution interior/exterior bulb conversion. Also purchased their 32" light bar which will be installed today. Unfortunately, three of my interior bulbs only worked for little over a month before they started blinking and one went out completely. IMO the HR interior bulbs are not very good quality and I'm currently looking for better replacements.

That’s the same experience I have had with the cheaper Amazon bulbs. Which is why I only buy quality leds now from either vled or superbrightleds.

I have had my HR lights for 2 months now. Only issue was one was cutting in and out within a week. That turned out to be my fault. I didn't have the light pushed in to the socket all the way.

I finished installing my led’s from HR, so far so good, all I have to say is the headlights are bright, and the interior is nice my wife likes it more. Cargo and the 3rd brake light are nice also. Im probably getting all the other light next month. Im happy with the purchase so far.

Had anyone tried the inexpensive LED sets on eBay?

There are several sets available for the Tundra interior for under $15. Either 8, 10 or 14-piece sets.

    Just wondering. (#frugal)

I bought an 18pc LED upgrade kit off EBay for $14.50. They are GENSSI brand and are simply amazing.

A little of this and a little of that.
I replaced it with a VLED bulb. Which I think is a bit better as it has leds on side and tip of the unit.[/QUOTE]

You said “tip of the unit”. That’s funny right there.

I’m with ya on this one. I’ve had great service and products from VLEDs.

    +1 for VELDs.

Are the interior lights hard to get at to replace? Bought the ten dollar kit. But have not looked in my Haynes manual to figure out how to remove covers. Peace. D

No just need a small Flathead screwdriver to pop the lens. The hardest bulb to remove is the map light but still not bad.

Ordered the interior light kit and the vanity lights last week. The vanity lights came in on Saturday. One bulb not 4 and it was not for a Tundra. We'll see how they handle it...
