LED Headlights-High Beam On Full Time

    First Post so please go easy. I installed 1 led headlight and everything works great. After installing the second headlight, the high beams are on all of the time. The blue light is not on in the cab and can not switch them to low beam. Put the old light back in and we are back to normal.

    My guess there is not enough current draw so it acts like a light is out or something. Any way to "fool" the truck into thinking there is more load on the electrical system? i really like the brightness of the led lights.

    Yes, you need a resistor. Someone with more knowledge should chime in as to which one...

    This is what I was looking for. Is there a less expensive version and can i function with just one?

    These would be the most affordable ones I could point you towards. And you will need both of them, one per headlight. Unfortunately you cannot get away with only using one, I apologize homie!
