And by the way forgot to mention I took the LED bulbs out and put back in The factory halogen bulbs and the fog light started working again the way they're supposed to

This is extremely difficult to decipher because the lack of punctuation. Are you saying that when you turn on your fog lights, the high beams come on instead?

I would have to look at a wiring diagram to know for sure but generally, LED's have a much lower power draw (resistance) than halogen. A lot of times you need to put a ballast resistor in parallel with the LED in order to make up for it. I would just put the stock ones back and leave it alone unless you want to look at a wiring diagram and possibly adding electrical components.
LED bulbs in a reflector housing are usually no bueno regardless because they scatter light into the eyes of oncoming drivers.

Or get bulbs with the resisters built in. That's what mine are. My fogs are LED to help see better in foul weather, and they do a pretty good job at it.

+1 another. If you are going to use LEDs then do it right otherwise you are just wasting your money and blinding other drivers.

You don’t need resistors when using leds for headlights, fog lights, brake lights, dome lights, map lights, marker lights.

Perhaps on a newer truck, but on our first gen tundras you need resistors on the headlights because they "talk" to the computer via resistance saying "hey, my high beams are on. Turn on the High beam light on the dash!" This also engages, and disengages the fog light relay.
