Any specific brand of LED bulb recognized as the leader from a value perspective?

I’ve used VLED bulbs in many vehicles over the years with good results. They are of high quality, but you pay for it. However, bulbs are not super expensive and I prefer to buy quality when I can afford it.

From a 'value' perspective I would exclude VLED. You can buy a few no names before reaching the price they charge.

They appear good quality, but as someone mentioned, they sure think highly of themselves from a pricing standpoint.

Have had good luck with Phillips and Sylvania LED's in brakes, reverse and tail lights.

Have had Good luck with Cheapo LED's in interior from Ebay.....

Take it from someone who has tried the Ebay/Amazon led crap...
The VLED triton amber turn signals I have are ridiculously bright and are very well built. It's been over a year now and no rust, oxidation, dimming, etc.

By the time you find a good "inexpensive" led from somewhere else, you would've been better off with something from these guys. Plus the customer service and warranties are pretty damn good.

GTR, SNGL, VLED, XenonPro, etc. charge premium. They seem to be of good quality, but I am not really sure they are worth 4-5 times as much (compared to cheaper ones).

I've been reading up on various reviews and rankings and the following brands seem to be more reasonably priced and consistently rated high.
Hikari, OPT7, Akarui, Nineo, Cougar, Beamtech, Auxbeam, and so on. There are other brands that comes occasionally, but these seem to be always on the top list. Their reviews (both product reviews and personal reviews seem to be good as well. Since the OP asked input from the value perspective, these brands might be the ones you may want to look into. With these brands, if they fail, it won't be too panful.

Beamtech's are looking good right now. Not concerned about anything but the hi / lo elements.

I am very pleased with Auxbeams I installed a few months ago. Much better than the stock halogen lights and less than 40.00 dollars.

So would you say it is the same as 175 dollar VLEDs?

I don't have a reference point with VLEDs but I would like to hear a comparison from someone that has tried them.

+1, no problems here either. Interior, cargo lights, and backup. I used Lasfits in fogs. I did not do stop, tails, or license plate and don't plan to. I see mo need to do others.

You may be surprised how much better LEDSs illuminate than incandescent bulbs in Brakes and tails. More Visibility for others never hurts. Red LEDs in brake / tail are much more noticeable.

I had the Auxbeam in my 2017 and I didn't like them at all. The illumination was better then the factory halogen but when I turned them on my FM radio went to static. I tried a few things but nothing helped. I tried to send them back but Auxbeam wouldnt refund me. They said I waited too long. I didnt install them as soon as I got them and I tried to live with the static but just couldn't.

I like the Amazon JDM astar bulbs a lot. I have had interior, blinkers, cargo, and reverse LEDs from JDM astar for years without any issues

Be careful with value brands. Some of the cheap ones are commodities and there is no telling what you will get. Both quality wise, but temperature. That is why a lot of the cheap ones won't specify a specific Kelvin number. They vary widely when they say cool white, etc. All your bulbs may not match.

I've had ebay cheapo interior lights and they started flashing on me in about 3 weeks... junk

For interior and turn signal/marker bulbs, cheapy Amazon bulbs. For headlights, don't do that, do a proper retrofit.

I may have to respectfully disagree. The OEM incandescents lasted 6 years. I've never been cut off making a turn or failed inspection. I can replace them for $3 per bulb. I did replace the fogs and add reverse lights with Baha Designs. Baja Designs ain't cheap, but I can see better with them. I don't have a problem with spending money for quality, but $175 for turn signals :der:

I put Beamtechs in my ‘17 about a week or so ago. Easy to do, plug ‘n play.
Good VERY white light...and I didn’t have to drop $200 for them!!
