Lexol is good.. I personally use meguiars all purpose cleaner at a 10:1 ratio. Works just as good and is a lot cheaper.

The leather ....even a platinum will have a protective coating. I have had leather in a lot of vehicles. I have used a conditioner (lexol), but i stopped using it years ago. My seats still look new.

I try to watch how i get out of the vehicle. the driver seat wear that i had On my first car with leather came from my lazy but sliding out. Lol.
i totally understand the conditioner usage... To each his own. I just dont think it really helped me in the past.

Method then product. Automotive leather gets hard and cracks with UV exposure and dirt/sand accumulation, stuff you can’t see in the pores and lines. Watch some detail vids, vacuum, wash with mild soap/water, get all the fine debris out, then use a good conditioner/protectant.

I use Lexol products on my leather products for years. Inside and outside the home, not just the vehicles.

When I had leather in my TBSS. I used Lexol pH balanced cleaner and Lexol leather conditioner. You work the cleaner up into a foam and it draws out the dirt. But it pulls out the moisture with it. The conditioner then feeds the leather. I like to really massage it in there. My seats looked brand new when I sold it at 9 years old and 85k ish
