I have the following kit installed on my truck. Running 35's. All is good but I want the rear to sit at least an inch higher. The kit currently on the truck is from BDS - Fox 3" suspension with 1" rear shackle. I'd prefer to eliminate the extended shackle and go with leafs that provide the proper lift - maybe 2.5 or 3". Thoughts.....

I bought some 1 inch add a leaf from supreme suspensions... They were cheap but I haven't installed them yet. This is to add on an existing block

If you plan on towing a lot, or hauling lots of heavy things in the bed like me I reccomend alcan springs in grand junction Colorado.
They should have no issue whipping you up a 3 inch lift set.

A set of leafs with a 2 inch lift, and an extra 1000lbs(?) of capacity was right at $800.

So far super happy with them. They make the truck feel much firmer, and less "boaty."

I used the existing 18 year old shackle, and they still provide a 2 inch lift roughly.

I can report back for confirmation when I have my bed reinstalled.

Here are pictures of the Alcan leaf pack.

Thanks for sharing man! I've been looking at Deaver Leafs due to how much weight I put in the truck as well as all the towing I do. I wasn't aware of Alcan until now/ I'll have to give them a look!

2"CB shackles, bushings and 1 shim, lockerdown console vault, rear folding seat back mod, snugtop shell with opening side windows, 46g fuel tank, SDHQ sliders and hidden winch, Decked Drawers, Alcan leaf springs and got rid of the interior chrome
Alcan was the best way for me, also. Initially, I went with the icon helper package and 2”CB shackles. Mainly to get time for solid research and save up the money. Research was over a couple years and you wouldn’t believe some of the stupid stuff that I had recommended.
I’m sure Deaver, icon, and OME have great stuff, but straight talk and great service came from Alcan.

I’ll second or third alcan. I had them make me +2 over stock pro. Plus 600 lbs. and am quite happy.

I think this is what I'm looking for. I'd like to add some rake and bolster the towing ability for hauling a tractor and building materials. my trd pro is completely stock otherwise. It rides so nice that my only concern is disrupting the suspension balance.

I have 2" add a leaves from Pro Comp. Crappy Toyota springs that like to lay flat was part of the reason but I mainly wanted to level out the rear

    Reporting back as mentioned.

    50-ish miles so far.

With the bed off the ass would bounce around, and felt very rigid.

With bed on it does not jump around, and feels much more truck like instead of boat like. I am enjoying the ride with Dobinsons on bilsten 5100's up front.

2 inch lift all the way around. 20200626_123705.jpg
These are the "best" side profile shots I could find of a "before."20200624_181020.jpg 20200624_181416.jpg

I just "edited" the one photo so it would be a "mirror image" of the new lift photo.
