Went to home Depot today to get some stain for my fence. Parked out in the middle of nowhere. Came out to a shopping cart against my truck. 3 dings that will cost me $430 at a PDR place or $1,000 at a body shop. Just because somebody was being a lazy a$$ prick. There is NO excuse for not returning your cart to the rack so this doesn't happen. Next person I see doing this will get that shopping cart up their a$$ sideways. I know it's just a truck but I've worked my a$$ for this one and I plan on keeping it in great shape because I plan on keeping it for years. I'll try and get some pictures. I took a few but hard to see the dings.

I can’t stand that as well.

Normally, I will go over and take a cart that someone is leaving and say “let me get that for you, I need some extra exercise...”

Hate that shit! Sorry about the truck brother! Look at it as Battle wounds. Why I dont shop at home depot. I shop at lowes because they have those buggy guys running around plus I can use my military discount.

I haven't bought a nice new vehicle since the late 90's and this is probably why. Can't have nice things these days.

The one time a year I went to Lowe's, I got a door ding. I hate Lowe's and homo depot with a passion. Get all my supplies at wholesalers, specialty outfits or online. Better products better pricing and no bs.

I understand this is the first New truck I have ever owned. My hood caught a football from the neighbors kids while they were out playing put a dime size dimple on there. Nothing I could do some parents are stupid and dont teach there kids not to play around vehicles.

Parents are too busy looking at their iPhones to care about the kids. Pretty sad actually. I'm glad I had kids before this technology. I'm sure Facebook comes before their kids these days. Unless it's a selphy with the kids. I don't think I spelled that right but I never have taken one.

Install some steps/sliders that stick out enough to stop the carts and door dings.

I typically park further, first thing I do is clear carts around me, but if they’re left nearby while I shop, nothing I can do. I’d be livid as well. A-OK to vent here, we share your grief, our trucks are like one of our kids.

That’s what I have, mostly prevents carts on the side and door dings, unless it’s a higher truck like mine. I specifically wanted tires to stick out past the rims too.

Most parking lot fender benders is because of texting and facebook. I know I always take carts back and I even double check that its not going to roll back out. I may have voiced my opinion to people who I see leave them out. Ive even walked up and taken carts when people hop in there vehicles I will wave and say its ok I got it!

Shame the cameras at these places are never good enough to pick up plates. Small claims court would probably be overrun if that were the case!

Yeah...but he's parking like a dickweed right in front of the store. No designated parking spots and likely a fire lane. Fuck that guy. Should send as many carts as possible into his shitbox. I loudly point out the jerkoffs in the fire lane at Safeway especially if said jerkoff is sitting in the vehicle because their spouse "just ran in for one thing"

Me: "Look at this sweet new fire truck! Fire dept must have gotten a new fleet!! Not sure where the hoses and ladders go though..."

Wife: *eye roll, sigh* Honey, that's not a fire truck.

Me: *making eye contact with driver* "Huh, must be some lazy fucktard who's equally lazy fat ass wife can't walk 50ft extra and so he has to sit in the fire lane like a self centered prick."

Usually get a "Hey, fuck you man!" or a sullen look. Too which I reply with a cheerful middle finger, take a picture on my cell phone and call "Move it before I text my RCMP buddy who just happens to be on duty today". 9/10 times they move. :D

But yeah...I get it. I park way out in butt fuck nowhere with nothing but open range around me and still get inbred rig pig morons or soccer mom bimbos parking next to me.
