    I let them marinate for 5-6 hrs....then brown on each side in a seasoned cast iron really hot skillet for 4-5 minutes per side, not any longer.
    Done and Off the chain good!

    4 minutes in each side gents...on a hot skillet...done! Super tender and no strong lamb flavor...just a great dinner.
