    Correct.. however the fulcrum lever effect of the counter balance weighting as a whole will offset the pivot forces beyond the structural integrity of the initial design characteristics.. just something to consider.

    Ever so slightly worrisome that side fumbling may happen if the lunar veins are not constructed and applied correctly.

    Please help me understand what “brackets” you are referring to? The only bracket shown in the pictures are the stainless steel ones that attach the topper to the bed rails; these have nothing to do with the L-Track mounting. Or did you mean the fasteners/hardware used to mount the L-Track to the rails?

    Ah, that was the needed clarification. I couldn't see that the track was cut around the brackets; I didn't fully understand the relationship there.

    Thanks for posting here. I did see your install when I was searching for L-track installs. Curious what length did you install and did you run into any interference, such as the aluminum cross bracing, and how did you address that? Also what fasteners did you use?
