KYB Customer Service

Installed some quick struts from KYB on our ‘07 Odyssey a few months back. These were a new item they just produced, and the bolts weren’t aligning properly with the mounting holes. Emailed KYB and they came back with a solution, and asked for pictures so they could pass along to production. Here recently, the passenger struts has been squeaking. Emailed them again, and they actually emailed back with some solutions, the final one being to take it to a repair shop if nothing else worked.
Nice having a company give a quick, in depth response, especially in today’s world of little to no customer service. Just thought I’d give them a shout out on the forum, if anyone is considering using their products on their Tundra or other vehicles.

I only buy their stuff for the cars. Have nothing but great things to say about them. Great customer service. And the OEM to most Japanese brand cars
