I ordered the shocks and ended up selling the truck before i had recieved them... they are still in the box in the plastic and with all the protective foam.. the only time I opened the box was to take pictures of them so that I can list them for sale.. they are the ones that will give you up to 3 inches of lift in the front.. They do not have the external adjuster and if i get the full asking price i will pay shipping and throw in a bully dog gt platinum that has only been on the truck for maybe a month...I am asking 2200 obo.. if interested reply to the thread or send me a pm

A little of this and a little of that.
You mentioned "up to 3 inches of lift in the front". So I assume they're adjustable. How does one adjust them?

Yea they are adjustable in the front.. they come with a tool that you use to spin a bit that will make the shock taller

Loosen the set screw and spin the preload collar.

It absolutely does not make the shock taller. Top plate and lower rod end are fixed. Spinning the preload collar just adds preload to the spring with which adds ride height.

Ah, just crank down on the preload adjuster and put them on the ol' Cummins. Lol

I had a 02' HO myself. It did pretty good, but it had a hard life up to 185k miles.
