This is our premium level rack.

It looks similar to our Tacoma specific rack, but features the following improvements:

    - 40% thicker material.
    - All stainless steel hardware.
    - Adjustable width (can be used on ANY truck, especially Tundras and Tacomas, of course).
    - All members are partially boxed for increased strength.
    - Has mounting holes for RotoPax built in.

    Accessories will include:

    - Adjustable height ladder rack.
    - MaxTrax mounting brackets.
    - Our famous outboard bike mounts.
    - Rear tire trays for bikes.
    - Brackets to allow the use of this rack with tonneau covers.

As usual, it will come in two heights (10" and 18"), and long bed and short bed versions.

The pics are of the prototype, not quite the production version just yet.

    Thanks!!

You saw our Tacoma specific rack. This one is 40% thicker and has all stainless hardware, plus the sweet brushed stainless nameplate.

I was wondering the same.. I'm actually going to jump on either bed rails or a more complete system like this soon -- very curious about price point for the Tundra.

I've dealt with and used some product from @KB Voodoo when I was a Tacoma owner and I'll just throw my small weight behind them. Chad is great to converse with, the product (Cross Bar) and what I read from many others on TW is great.

I see there is now a rear bike wheel tray available, which at the time we dealt together I was bugging you to make the bed side mount available for the Tacoma hahah.
No chance for that side riding mount on the Tundra would there be?

I loved that outboard bike mount, but it sure was a dud from a sales perspective.

Nowadays, we have the outboard bike mounts for our bed rack. People seem to really like them.

Last night on here, in another thread, we started a conversation about Tundra crossbars.

It was literally all I thought about all night. I basically designed them in my dreams. I woke up before the sun and got cracking on the model.

I'm skipping mountain biking tonight and flying home to finish the design.

They will be the nicest crossbars we ever made!!

    They kind of will be.

They will be reversible. You can run them with 2" of rise, or with 2" of drop. Whichever you prefer.

I'm active here and not TW, so sorry for posing this question specific to the Tacoma bed rack... but... can a mountain bike be placed below the bed rack system here and forks mounted to the front rail system if one is installed?

    Thank you

    Good question!!

You would have to snake the handlebars around the rack. Seems like it would be a pain in the arse.

really interested in this rack, can you mount TRED pro ramps on the MaxTrax mounting brackets ? how much weight can you load up on top (think RTT and 3 to 4 people)
how much is usually shipping for the bed rack ?

I could not get the TRED to mount to the Maxtrax, or find an easy work around. The rack can easily hold at least a 3-4 person tent. @KB Voodoo can chime in

Lots of great info in this thread:

Our traction board brackets are designed to work with Maxtrax, not sure about Tred Pro hole patterns.

The rack is rated for 400 lbs in motion, and 750 lbs at rest.

Shipping can be calculated on our website by adding the items to your cart.

Wait, never mind. I just realized that I already revised our brackets to work with the Tred Pro's.

We have a new project in the works. Lots of new stuff coming.
