Disregard. (1) I thought maybe you knocked loose a vacuum hose while replacing the mass air flow sensor. (2) Code is rich NOT lean. A lean code can be caused by a vacuum leak. Sorry and I hope you resolve.

Did you use a factory part or aftermarket? This is a common issue with aftermarket

If it's an aftermarket sensor, replace it with OEM right away.

i have a K&N cold air intake and i replaced the air sensor with a duralast (from Advanced autoparts), the 172 & 175 are different codes after i switched air flow sensor.

Did you replace it while the battery was connected??? If yes, then it may be a "ghost" code... Make note of the code, then try disconnecting the battery, or clearing the codes and restart the truck and see if it comes back.
