Just put the order in, one of the dealer guys recommended this page. First Toyota truck, have had others (Nissan, Ford, Chevy), decided to get the 1794 with advanced package, in blueprint. Really liked the layout.

Was told may be 3 months or less.

What kinda wait am I really in for?

What kinda mods should I be looking at?

This places looks nice, looking forward to learning.

    Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)!

The wait will depend on how picky you are on color and options. Toyota doesn't take orders - the dealerships get allocations that they then may swap with other dealers for to get a specific configuration.

Even stock, this is an awesome truck. That said, the mods depend on how you will use it and your personal preferences more than anything else.

Welcome to the best Tundra forum around.

    Congrats on the purchase!

I’m not sure on the wait on the truck but I do think you’ll be waiting for a second key for a while after you get the truck, so have an air tag ready for the one you get.

Wind noise seems to be a big one people have issues with, can't say I heard it.

Coworker has a 22 1794 and it's really nice, I drove that around one day to check it out.

Any other issues I should be worried about?

Something about door seals and leaking water. I just skimmed through what I saw, I’m still in my first gen and plan to stay with it. Been a good truck.

Buddy who has a 22 said the doors will leak sometimes into the step board under the door but nothing too serious. Most trucks do this.

    Drove it home today.

    Will post photos eventually.

Lots of bells and whistles, already ordered some accessories.

    Now I need bigger tires.

Anyone know where I can find the tire size I can buy on the OEM 20's without rub? Searched a bit but didn't find anything specific.

Was thinking 295/60r20 or the like?

Wasn't a fan until I saw one in person. I have a supersonic red Platinum ordered but will be waiting (want the bigger box). Probably will be a 24, but I would definitely take the blurple one if it comes Platinumm with the bigger box
