    Yup, trying to get back into it. Been down for a year after surgery on my left shoulder. Not an injury, just high mileage. Great stuff if folks are honest with themselves and remember the difference between sport, MMA, and street applications.


    Met my wife doing BJJ to. She’s awesome. It was hate at first sight, then respect after the first round. Few years later couldn’t imagine my life with out her.

    Really want to take a Shiv Works class with Craig Douglas.
