I too had several Toyota pickups, 1985, 1990, 1995, 2000, and a 2005. And being without a truck these past few years I decided to get a 2016 Tacoma. I bought it November 2015 and drove it until April 22nd. At that time I took it in for its 5000 mile service, and came home with a 2016 Toyota Tundra Crew Cab. I really liked the Tacoma, but the Tundra have so much more that I wanted.

From the dealer it came with:

    3" Pro comp Lift
Toyo Open Country LT285/55 R20 tires
    20" Fuel Recoil wheels
Viper Alarm 2way remote start and all the goodies
    LLumar Window tint
    Clear mask Protection
    N-Fab Black step Bars
Katzkin Premium Leather Interior with two heating/cooling seats
I added the exhaust, Dual 40 series Flowmaster with Black Chrome tips

This is it at the Dealers, just before I bought it.....

I'm still a big fan of the Tacoma's. It would be nice to have one of each, but couldn't afford two 2016 trucks....lol Here's a pic of my 2016 Tacoma I traded in.

Welcome! Good looking tundra. Good start to the build too. I'm sure I'll see you around sometime as I'm in Broomfield and work in Westminster.

I also purchased a 2016 tacoma limited on january 25th i heard a lot of good things about it, but after a week of driving it i wasn't impressed at all. I traded it in for a limited tundra. the loss on the tacoma was 6k but the good news is they gave me the 49800 tundra for 46k and then i put about another 6k into it but i do like it a lot better than a taco

That's amazing to hear....more and more people are telling me the same story. My biggest factor in my decision to trade for a Tundra was the Tacoma's transmission. It would jump a lot coming out of reverse into drive, among other issues with the tranny.

Post some pics, I'd like to see your Tundra.
