I see it - how would I use that though? My truck is a 2013, so it is the bigger sized SD card..

Yeah it probably does on the new trucks, mine takes the bigger SD - not the micro SD...

Get a micro ad adapter. Search "Toyota SD card" on eBay. Look for it to have the "OE183" somewhere on the card.

That's the latest maps card for the units.
    I paid $20

So we're sure those micro sd cards will work with the adapter in our trucks? Mines a 2013, so it takes the bigger sd card. I have an adapter and my wife has a Camry with the smaller card, I could just try it I guess.

Sorry to deliver the not-so-good news.

My truck came with a 181. I've been looking to get an update for a while, so your post was a good reminder. I ordered a 184 from the eBay seller this morning. With my luck, that's a guarantee the 185 card'll be offered next week.

    Best Regards,

hahaha so true. I ordered the 183 for $20, as the 184 couldnt even come close in price. Not sure of the actual difference, as long as it shows my road, unlike my current version, I will happy! haha.

So I got the micro sd card in the mail today, plugged it into the bigger adapter, since my truck takes the full size one, and put it in. Said it can't read data... fuck

What was your final solution to this? I just bought a 2013 Tundra and I am trying to update the maps in it as well.

Never got it to work, and dont want to pay the dealer's ridiculous price. So, using outdated maps for now I guess.
