    Hello All,

I have a 2013 Toyota Sequioa - (not a Tundra I know sorry) - but I know you guys know your stuff - and I believe the 2013 Tundra and Sequioa run the same infotainment systems.

I have a new iPhone X and have tried to pair to the factory infotainment system.

The Phone will pair and play music audio -- however, phone functionality does not work at all.

When a call is received I cannot answer it from the car - when I do answer it - it Pauses my music that was previously playing and thats all. Im left to talk on the phone on my Iphone, the car system completely disregards the fact that there is a call playing.

Any advice is greatly appreciated - i know someone else has had this issue right?

I own a 2010 Toyota Camry and I'm having the EXACT same problem. I purchased an iPhone XS Max two days ago and I can't get get Bluetooth to work with music and phone functionality. It will play music and other types of audio but will not pair the voice calls. Did you ever figure out how to fix this problem? Any guidance is appreciated.

Go to the Entune website and follow instructions to download newest software onto usb flash drive, then install it to upgrade your system. Upgrade takes about 15 minutes.
I have an XS Max, and my girl has an X. Both work fine after the upgrade.

Bought it with an upgraded non-stock stereo system. Pioneer Amp and a subwoofer by Tacotunes.
I recently purchased a 2014 Tundra Limited (absolutely love my truck!). However, I have no incoming audio on phone calls through the truck speakers. I have an iPhone X. I can stream music no problem. I see incoming texts no problem. When I try to call, whoever I’m calling can hear me, but I cannot hear them. I took my truck to the dealership yesterday and they made sure the firmware is up to date and my iPhone software is up to date. Anyone find a solution for this? I’m out of ideas on what to try.
