Does anyone have experience with the Yamaha SC2000i inverter generator Costco is selling? I’ve searched the www. and can only find the that it is sold at Costco. Other Yamaha generators have EU as their letter identifier.

I don't have that model, I have the smarter tools brand ones....But they have the Yamaha engine (might be the same one). No complaints, work like a champ

I have the same generator. I love it, it works great. I haven’t taken it camping yet. But I did use it for a scheduled power outage. It ran my refrigerator, Internet, TV, surround sound and a lamp without a hiccup. I was the only house on my block with the lights on watching movies.:D

    In general, I trust Costco.
