I have the trailer error, pre collision light on, and traction control light on. As soon as I turn off and then on the light goes off. Has anyone experienced this and what fixes this?

Mine does this once in a while. Traction control light and couple other light that I forgot ...

I was told it's because of low or bad battery but it did it once right after I had charged the battery. I think it typically happens if I leave the key on the ignition on for a longer period of time (more than several seconds) before I start the engine.
