System: Stock JBL HU--->DSR1--->Infinity Kappa 5.

Roughly ⅓ of the time when I start my truck there is no sound from the system. It does not make any difference if I try USB/BT vs radio vs Sat. If I look at the HU, everything appears normal. If you look at the DSR-1, it is flashing normally. If I look at the amp, the power light is on as normal and protection mode is off. If I simply restart the truck, sound is restored. If the truck starts with sound I have never lost sound while the truck is running. When I do not have sound, even the normal background hiss is missing - it's as if there is zero power to the speakers. It doesn't seem to be getting any better to any worse.

Not a huge deal to restart but kind of annoying - any ideas?

Personally , I’d take it to the dealer and let them figure it out and then ask what was wrong after they fix it so you’ll know for next time if it happens again .

Never happened with stock amp and speakers. It will be too easy to blame the aftermarket DSR1/Amp.
