Looking to get into the Tundra market with the purchase of a '16-'18 Platinum... Any major differences between the year models that I should look for? Any disadvantage to buying a flex fuel model?

Any other general advice would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks in advance!

If your going to take the jump do this for sure
    5.7 / 4X4 / Larger gas tank
The only thing you should stay away from is the JBL stereo upgrade. It's not worth it because it's harder to swap out later. And you will swap it out. Trust me

Get a 16 or 17 model year! IMO stay away from the TSS that Toyota started installing in the 18 model year.

Thanks. Sold my Ram today, so I'm searching... trying to decide between black or white and '16 or '17... there are a few options within a couple hours that I will be looking at this week, weekend.

Jbl isn’t grate but if you upgrade everything then it doesn’t matter. A 16/17 you can get DAP tune :)

DONT DO IT! You should def save money on gas, invest in other hobbies, forget about the mods, really just think logically about your needs/commute.
