I installed the Icon RXT leaf packs 6-700 miles ago on the 2nd option and I developed some squeaking in the them as of yesterday. All was quiet until then. I was wondering if I was suppose to grease the leaf bushings on install. The directions didn’t call for it and I didn’t see anyone in any videos doing it. Haven’t been able to get under is for the rain, but it sounds like possibly the coming from the bushings.

Once some grime gets between the leafs, they will start to squeak. Clean them and it should go away for a little while. I did read someone sprayed some chain grease on them and that seemed to help too.

yeah, I read someone using chain wax and that seemed like a good idea. I’ve had trucks with squeaky springs, but never this soon after putting new springs on. I’m going to Retorque and possibly drop the springs and grease the bushings. I didn’t know if I was suppose to grease them beforehand?

TC long travel. Deaver 420 SU leaf packs.
Urethane bushings (if you have 'em) do get lubed with Sil-Glyde or similar urethane compatible lube.

Has this stopped the squeak for you ? I tried pressure washing. Nope. Tried silicon lube. Stopped for a day then nope. This white lithium is my 3rd attempt at squeak solving.

    It has.
Regular maintenance thing for me and easy to do with my lift.

My semi annual undercarriage maintenance consists of:
pressure wash, WD-40, wipe down, lithium all pivot points.

When assembling leafs for option #3, I shot lithium between them all before tightening the center pin.

Squeak free with about 4k mi since suspension swap.
