Shift into top gear with the ICON Alloys SIX SPEED! With a bold look and and "ICON-optimized" dimensions, these wheels will increase both the form and function of your Jeep, truck, or SUV. Staying true to the ICON Alloys approach, the SIX SPEED has been engineered to maximize caliper clearance and optimize wheel position for un-hindered suspension travel and steering function. Backspace dimensions and wheel offset have been strategically developed to reduce scrub radius, improving all-around handling and ride quality and making a set of these wheels the perfect complement to an ICON Vehicle Dynamics suspension system.

These wheels are Tundra specific and available in a 17x8.5" with a 5.75" backspacing. This allows you to run up to a 315/70/17 without having to do the body mount chop.

Available in three different colors. Satin Black, Grey, and Machined Face

For me and future readers, how much do these weigh? Also, will there be 18" or 20" options in size eventually?

As of right now, there is nothing that I am aware of for 18" and 20" options in the Six Speed. But Icon does offer the Alpha in a 20" for the Tundras in a 5.625" back spacing.

Apprx weight on the 17" Six Speed is 26 pounds. I compared it to a Method Double Standard in a 17" which is 30 pounds.

Generally those kits run aftermarket spindles that require a 18" at the smallest due to the brake caliper mounts. They then require a 4.5" to 5" backspacing.

Of course it would! No brainer right there! Icon is telling us that you don't even need to do the body mount chop with the backspacing of these wheels, but if its already done even better!

The rings are not removable. They are machined as part of the wheel.

Can you install a hub adapter or will the center cap get in the way?

Like a hub ring? We haven't had to install any here because it is also a push through center cap which takes up some of that gap. But I don't have that answer for sure.

Yeah like a hub ring. I would prefer to run a wheel with a 110mm hub bore since the tundra has a 110mm hub. but if the Icon has a 116mm hub bore then I would want to use an adapter. I have heard that the method wheels with 116mm hub bore can't use an adapter because the center cap gets in the way so I am wondering about the Icon wheel

Ive had a good run with the RW wheels, but I've broken 3 in the last six months and toyota isn't making them anymore so time for me to start considering replacements.

what issue do you expect to run in with that hub bore size ? I'm interested in those wheels as well and I see people running them on Tundras with no issues.

The issue is the hub bore is the wrong size. Yeah, I know people run the wrong hub bore size all the time. But that effectively tasks the lugs with centering the wheel on the hub. Lots of people report vibrations. Plus, Toyota did not design the lugs to hold the weight of the truck. The lugs are designed to clamp the wheel to the hub face and the hub ring mated to the hub bore of the wheel is what holds the weight of the truck.

I wheel my truck very hard and if I buy a wheel, I want the hub ring and hub bore to support the truck, not the lugs. I am not opposed to a 116mm hub bore as long as I can get an adapter to fit. But ideally, a 17" wheel with a 110mm bore like the Method Con6 or Vex would be more appropriate.
