    I took it all to work, I am off today but the store is open. I had a ton of requests for BBQ, so I made 16lbs and took it our there, I swear one guy face planted in it, LOL...

    Oh, I really don't think you should eat that. I was a Food inspector for a while for restraunts and looking at this rack of ribs, they are not fit for you to eat.
    I should come over with a six pack and show you how to dispose of this properly.

    If anyone wants the best tasting beef fajitas you have to ask for outside skirt! Most beef fajitas meat is inside skirt. There are only two strips of outside skirt meat from each cattle. It usually sells for around $15 a lb but the taste is worth every penny!
