    So we are planning a bbq for work tomorrow and I volunteered to smoke a brisket for the occasion. I couldn't find any briskets locally so I went to my old stand by the pork butt. First off I soaked the apple chunks in some adjunct lager.

    Next some applewood rub on the butts before the smoking takes place
