Hypertech (in-line) installed. I can’t get it to connect to my laptop. Run the program and it says it can’t find device. Open up my computer and don’t see it there.

Click the Inline Speedometer Calibrator menu item and select Run Inline Speedometer Corrector Program.

Yeah, it doesn’t find it. Says not connected.

On the initial setup/download of the software it says to plug it in at some point. after I did that there was some random error.

Fuggin annoying. May just call them tomorrow.

Maybe that’s it since my computer doesn’t even seem to try to recognize it. Will try in the morning. Thanks

We put in 33.25 at the shop and still 2mph high. Trying to figure out best setting right now. 295/60/20 ridge grapplers

So put in 33.94 and still 1.5-2mph high on GPS (truck reads 60, gps reads 61-62.)

    What should I try next?

This thing is such a piece of shit.

Finally have computer reading device and saying program successful. Except it doesn’t change anything. I put in a value change of over 10” and still have the same speedo error I’ve had since the beginning. Customer service just states the obvious.

I’m at a loss and $200 less richer.

    ETA:
Uninstalled device and will return it. I’ll deal with the 2mph difference.

Anyone get this to work on a CM platinum? Don’t want to waste money if it doesn’t work.

The Hypertech is not getting to the laptop, it means that this not compatible with the laptop of which the configuration you have. You have to update the laptop and to do that you need to have the accessibility of the windows modules installer worker high CPU

I’m still debating. Decisions are install it or have less miles on the odometer at time of trade in.

I don’t know what the issue was with mine. I’m not mad about not having correct speedo reading, though. Only peeve is not being able to calculate mpg.
