Here is more pics. The whole aluminum support bracket and spacers for the stock bumper are replaced with the HWMS. Also the stock skid plate or the trd skid plate works.

Calibrated Power 5 Tune pack, Allison 1000 tune, PPE deep trans pan, Cold/Hot CAC pipes, Banks CAI, PCV reroute, resonator delete, S&B 62 gal fuel tank, B&W GN hitch

Those hidden winch mounts are pretty slick. That one reminds me of the one on the Power Wagons. Expensive, but they are placed in right and really beef up the front bumper area.

Very nice mod!

It was straight forward and simple to me. It took me anywhere between 10-12 hrs. I had no assistance. Used a 3 ton floor jack with a piece of 12x12 plywood to hold the bumper frame w/ winch steady and then mounted it to the truck frame. Doing the job with two people would probably would take less time.

Appreciate the feedback olivenb, will post some pics of mine after I get it done. You said you went with the Warn 12S and it fit good with relocating the control box? I have he stealth LED light bar from headlight revolution delivering tomorrow so it looks like you and I are on the same page when it comes to decking out the tundra. Also got the rigid industries flush mount for the rear bumper reverse lights to put in with the rest of the LED conversion.
