Here in Corpus, lost power at noon and gained it at 11pm. Some tree branches came down, fence leaned a little, and a somewhat rotten 1x6 below my roof splintered...other than that family is all safe

North corpus calallen area didn’t see much all day, lost power overnight. Looks as if the valley got the biggest hit. Stay safe out there

Power was out all night but good thing we had a generator to power up essentials. Still raining but ready to cleanup already. Bunch of trees down on fence line where cows are at. Take care.

Be safe out there in Hawaii. I was stationed in 1990 in the Army, loved it.

I'm so glad I don't have to deal with hurricanes anymore. They are so exhausting. I hate the intense, panic inducing lead up.

I hope everyone makes it through with zero issues.

They are not too bad. Rather have that then an earthquake or tornadoes.

Can confirm. Would rather have a hurricane put nasty bayou water in my living room and prompt a free remodel than a tornado ripping my shit to pieces while I’m still in it.

Earthquake is easy. All of a sudden, shit goes down for like a minute or so then it's over. Clean up and move on after that.
