    Hi All!

    Glad to be a part of the group! I own a 1st Gen. 2005 Tundra Double Cab 2WD Automatic which currently has 189,000 miles. I've owned "Thirsty" for about 2 years now, and have had minimal issues.

    My truck is silver, with a rubber bed liner, lighted running boards, and a DVD system with screens installed in the front seat headrests for back seat viewing. Truck is my "daily driver" which is a little tough at 13 MPG, but I love the way it rides/drives. 99% concrete/asphalt driving, but I am searching for some acreage in the country, so will be hitting dirt roads soon (hopefully).

    Some "niggling" issues, but before posting concerns, I will search the existing forums to see if any have been previously addressed.

    I appreciate the welcomes. ThcAk, I've actually visited Talkeetna back in the summer of 2015 when my youngest played in the Alaskan Baseball League. Gorgeous place!

    Larry, never visited Vermont but that same kid pitched against the Vermont River Monsters when he was playing in the MiLB Rookie League in 2016, and he couldn't get over how "green" everything seemed.

    Bandit, I played a lot of baseball myself down in the RGV back in the 70's. Besides the great Mexican food, I still remember the big grapefruit tree orchards down there.

    Metro, I always enjoy "people watching" when I'm in Vegas. Still gotta watch out for that "dry heat" though!
