    Howdy,
I have read this forum for quite a while but finally decided to take part.
I have an 07 Tundra that I bought about 3 years ago which is slowly becoming my overlanding (Camping) rig. It is completely stock except for Tyger steps and a less than perfect fitting bed camper top.

I noticed the other day that the boots on my factory UCA's are pretty torn up so the ball joints are starting to wear. They still seem pretty solid but I know they will go in the not to distant future.

My question is can I replace the UCA's with aftermarket (zone, JBA, etc.) and still get a good alignment without putting on a lift? A lift is planned for the future but not in the budget yet.

    Thanks for the help.

    Welcome from Alaska,
Sorry I can't answer your question, but I bet it's in a thread here somewhere.

    The short answer:

    Yes you can.

The longer answer could be provided by much smarter people than I.
