What is everyone doing to adjust the programming of stuff like removing the seat belt reminder and setting the doors to all unlock with one remote click? Also, what all options are there?

I think the open all doors can be changed through the radio or dash but I used tech stream for the seatbelt chime and stopping the steering wheel from moving on entry and exit.

The low tech, zero cost way to kill the seat belt beep is just find the wires leading to the belt buckle and do what needs doing. Ditto the key-in-ignition chime.

Open up your owners manual, and it will give you a matrix of the various programable changes. It will show you which ones you can chance in the head unit and which ones require one of the mentioned tools, dealer, etc...

Referencing the seat belt chime specificially, it's listed as a 'dealer programable' option to make that adjustment. I swung by my dealer within the first few hundred miles of having my '21 Pro and asked them to turn it off, which they did (no charge). Others have said their dealers have turned them away for that same request (due to 'safety, laws, etc.')... So, that may be a little hit and miss, but doesn't hurt to ask!

That caused a fault on mine.

I used CARISTA. But I probably should have bought the Lainch Creeder.

I used my Xtool D8 to turn off my seatbelt chime, drove me crazy, just for short distance stuff though.

the CARISTA is a subscription based deal. I bought the subscription turn off the chime and canceled the subscription. Basically $20+15.

the other is a full up diagnostic scanner. If you decide you want a CARISTA. I’m thinking of letting mine go.

Ended up buying the Carista, programmed a handful of things on my Tundra and the wife’s Sienna and canceled the subscription. Super slick and easy. Thanks everyone!!

No, most scanners can just read and clear faults not change settings
