Is there a way to fix the L to R adjustment knob it you have stripped it.

I dont know if I have or not but when I try to adjust it, it does not move anymore but when I go the opposite direction it does move.

Would I have to take the whole headlight apart?

It's a spyder aftermarket projector headlight
