Good to know man, if you ever find out how to make DAC/Crawl work, definitely hit me up. I’ll legit send you a bottle of bourbon for the hookup!

I would buy you one also. Heck, I’d buy you a case of White Claw if that’s what you drink.

Went to the dealer today to have my driver seat fixed (unrelated issue). Anyway, while I was there I showed a tech the instructions for the MTM camera view. At first he looked at me like I was nuts. But after explaining it a bit more he agreed to take a look. Gave him the instructions and he was off. Glad it work as I’m stoked!

Thanks to everyone here who helped make it happen.

One naive question I have is how are you all talking directly to a tech to request this if they weren't already your established friend? My understanding is a service advisor is the barrier between you and the tech and my fear is an SA will be quicker to say no than a tech that might be willing to try. Is it normal for me to ask directly with the tech?

Part of their job is customer service so if they are telling you no or aren’t listening just ask (politely) to speak with a tech/someone else. Straightforward

If your service advisor won’t let you talk directly to the technician, you’re working with the wrong dealership. I talk to my tech every service on both my Tundra and Land Cruiser. No different than my experience with my M4 at the BMW Dealer.

Thanks for the tutorial. I was able to set up Multi-Terrain Monitor with my Thinktool Pros scan tool.

Was going to ask what is Thinktool Pro was, but a quick internet search is showing prices anywhere from $500 to over $1k? Is that correct?

Yes. Used to get rid of fake engine sound. Make AC cooler. And so much more :)

Sort of. You tell the robot that its 2 degrees warmer than it thinks it is. Two degrees is the maximum you can go. There where treads about this in this forum. Another improvement I made was to add a TPMS sensor to the spare and have it show in the display.

I was actually a little confused on setting the temp with the Carista app. I want the AC colder. So do I tell it -2 or +2?
