Thanks Chuck, I'll check this out. Not sure which software version I have on my 2017...did you figure out how to tell which version you had before the update?

Check out the instructions. It tells you how to download the update, transfer it to a flash drive, then proceed to the installation. During the installation process, the install program reads the file on your flash drive and compares it to the version installed - THIS IS WHERE YOU SEE THE VERSION YOU HAVE COMPARED TO THE NEW ONE THAT YOU DOWNLOADED. It will not let you install the same version over itself. Since I took delivery in March 2016 and the update on the web page is dated August 2016, it's a safe bet that the download is newer...and it is...now I have the latest update installed. The instructions are real good for the download and installation. Hope this helps.

I did mine yesterday. Went smooth. I did need an update and it shows in my Update History that it completed.

I'm hoping it fixes the locking up/rebooting issue that has been happening every now and then since I got the truck 4 years ago. It would be fine for weeks or months at a time then all the sudden I might have lock ups multiple times a day for 3 or 4 days. I did a factory reset a couple times throughout the years hoping that would fix it but of course it didn't.
