I just got done waxing. I use the Tech wax 2.0 from Meguirs. I try to do it at least twice a year but I’m thinking at least 4 times a year would be good.
    What is everyone else doing?

That sounds about right in CO. (4 times per year)

I use sealants, usually last about 6-12 months depending on which one I use but I usually apply a new layer at least once a month... however if we have nice weather twice a month. Lately it’s been shitty weather here in Texas sun shine 2 days in a row then rain and then repeat.

I try to do it at a minimum of twice a year. And I use spray wax on my regular washes to keep up on it. I wish I had the time to wax it every car wash.

Good luck. I never find the time more than twice a year. I’m right there with ya.

Sealant is next level type of stuff, wax is natural. The sealant will last longer and give a nice shine while the wax will give you that warm shine. To each their own tho

Good to know. I’m no genius on proper up keep of paint but the stuff goes on easy and comes off easy. If beads through quite a few car washes to.
I remember the days of starting on one section and no leaving it on to long or you were going to get a workout.

I think 11.2, they are the stock ones for the off road package (285/55/20). I think I want to go a different route when it’s time to get some new tires.

I use a paint sealant in the spring and fall. Sometimes more than that if I get the hankering to.

I bought the truck 8/2016. Have not waxed it once. Bought their clear coat stuff at the dealer. I know I'm an idiot for buying that shit they sell at the finance dept. So that's my excuse for not waxing it. :)
