Just did the 5100 front in the middle setting and also the rears in 5100. The front seats at 41.5" and rear at 39.5". I know the front will settle but will it settle 2"?

Presuming you have a 3rd gen, the front, by factory sits at 22". The rear is usually 24-24.5". How are you measuring?

I'm measuring from fender down. Currently measuring from there the front sits 2" higher. Is that the wrong way to measure them?

Measure from center hub up to fender.

    Same factory springs?

    If so, nope.

Also, are you using factory coils?

How much lift are you trying to get? The Eibach coils would probably serve you better all around.

I'm just trying to level the truck out. From reading here, the middle seems to do the trick but this is more than a level in height. Is the model # ending in 173 the right shock for the fronts in a 1794 Tundra?

5100's at the middle setting should only left the front ~1.57". When I had mine installed they had settled by the time that I had driven home. If your lift is more than 2" on the middle setting, check to see if the collars that hold the springs were installed upside down or that they were not installed on the top setting. They should look like this:

I was going to recommend the same, I think the OP has their perches backwards..

Have you gone back to re-measure it from center hub to fender?

    It was done by
I did. 24" at rear and 26.25" at front now at middle setting. I didn't do it myself and had my cousin do it which has his own shop. It's not his first rodeo, so the next thing would be to contact Bilstein tomorrow. Going from high to middle lowered it about 2 inches, but it is still too high. It also needs an alignment badly as it looks like its toeing in.

You shouldn't be getting 2" per level.. I would bet mucho pesos that the perches are on backwards. I've seen it happen to people online multiple times..

Curious to know what you find out or how Bilstein responds! Good luck!

Something is installed wrong for sure. I just did some 5100s 2 weeks ago on the middle setting and it raised it a little less then 1.5 inches.
