17 years, the 2000 has just been relegated to down and dirty status. The 2019 gets the daily duty now. The 2000 will get the rough duty, which it’s used to anyway.

I am driving my 2021 CM SR5 since I got it new off the lot July 2021 (right before fourth of July) and being daily it ever since.
Did try and approach DOF (aka my wife) about getting a gas sipping two door or four door sedan, she was like,
"JUST DRIVE THAT M..XX.. F...X.. UNTIL IT FALLS APART, I DON'T GIVE A S...XT ABOUT GAS PRICES"

I guess happy wife happy life?
LOL, but once the Z hits the lot I might have her take a drive, she loves manual cars with two doors.... (me, too. Me, too.)

Since new in 2019. Next month will be 3 years, but I am currently planning/hoping for a couple decades. I love this truck.

8” BAMuffler, TRD airflow accelerator, front window tint/windshield sun stripe, debadged tailgate 4x4 emblem, trimmed mud flaps, antenna removed stainless screw added, TRD rear sway bar, AFE high flow air filter.
Purchased new in august 2019, currently at 56,000 miles, I drive approximately 300 miles a week. I love this truck, BAMuffler was the best mod so far, I love the sound of a V8. I plan on keeping it until it’s a complete rotted out pos.

wife's car was miles from catastrophic failure, got it to the nearest Toyota dealership, topped the fluids off, and went to look at trucks. the 2014 1794 had just came in that day (had kids toys, cheerios, and trash inside the cab). dealership wanted 42k for it, i offered 36k and was told no, so i ended up getting a brand new 2016 TSS sr5 with the 4.6L, 2wd, no tow package. I hated the small V8 after coming from my 2002 tundra V8 which was a lot quicker. Wife drove the 2002 for 3 more years. One morning i drove over to the dealer as my wife went to her monthly Saturday meeting, she knew i was up to something. the 1794 was still there, so i offered 36k again and they said yes. I took a $5-600 loss on the 2016 trade in. I had to call the wife to stop by the dealership to sign paperwork to sell back the 2016 after her meeting.

Always throw out your offer. I had the used car sales manager throwing a fit, but I ended up getting the truck I wanted at the price I wanted. Wouldn't have bought anything other wise.

Oh I do, especially with my trade ins, either agree to mine or nothing, I do my homework and I know the dealer down the street is cash ready to offer above my asking price in a heart beat.
