Are you guys all anal with hand washing only? Do you power wash? What about those automatic washes with the big brushes that spin? Just curious what most people do and how they keep em' nice.

    Meguairs soap.
    MF hand wash mitt.
    Power washer.
    MF towels to dry.

Yes- all by hand. Takes more time, but it’s worth it in such an investment.

No sir. I use several different brands and they all work great. I think the major brand is Eagle (?) @SouthBoundSteve recommendation.

Man..I don't know where you find the time. During the winter and spring, it gets dirty almost every time I drive it. I've just been power washing and mf drying. Is that a terrible idea by comparison?

Power wash the big stuff off (10-30 minutes depending on how long its been)
Bug and tar cleaner on the front end (less than 5 minutes)
Power wash that off (30 seconds)
Foam cannon the truck (3-5 minutes)
Microfiber mop the foam immediately (5-10 minutes)
    Rinse (3 minutes)
    Inspect (2-5 minutes)
Microfiber mitt whats left (5-20 minutes)
    Rinse
    Microfiber mitt again (if necessary)
    Rinse again (if necessary)
Maybe some spray wax every now and then. (I hand wax it twice a year.) YMMV
Dry the truck in the garage with a waffle weave (10 minutes)
    Dry door jambs
Then the interior. (I normally remove the rubber mats before getting started washing the truck and soak in interior cleaner, the pressure wash those before the truck.)
Hit the windows with 0000 steel wool in the morning after everything had dried (outside only with steel wool)

The above is assuming a 2 bucket wash method with grit guards.

3 buckets with grit guards....One bucket for wheels and tires, along with dedicated media. The other two buckets, one wash and one rinse. All my buckets have grit guards.
Depending on dirt level and that my vehicles are coated...

Do a quick rinse with a power washer, you don’t need to go crazy. I use an electric o e at about 1,500 psi. Just be aware of any chips or areas you may have used plasti dip on. Don’t want to create a bigger head headache.
Wheels and tires get done first...
Then use a Foam Cannon and lay down a layer a thick sudsy solution to try and encapsulate and float away the dirt so you minimizescart hung your surface. After a few minutes a dwell time I may or may not rinse and then another layer of foam. A little more dwell time then use my Microfiber mitts, found here...

    Or here...https://www.carpro-us.com/wash-mitts/microfiber-madness-incredimitt/

I use two mitts one for mid line up and the other for mid Line down starting my washing at the top.
I also use this for the roof....

They also have different sizes to suit your needs. I also utilize an air drying device made by Metro Vacs Blaster. I try to get most of the water of via air device. You can use an electric leaf blower just be aware of your surroundings.
    Some other great m.f. towels..

I also keep some other dedicated m.f. towels for wheels, jambs, metal polishing...

Big thing is that there are lots of great products out there, Megs, Car Pro, Adams, Griots, Chemical Guys, as the Gang here has suggested...
    Some of my favorite soaps...
Chemical Guys Honeydew Snow Foam, Car Pro Reset, Megs Hyperwash Wash.
But...if I may suggest a product for your tires and outside trim...

Many members will vouch for this product. 303 is also a great product.
Also, I would suggest caring for your m.f. towels by following the manufacturers instructions and using this product...

I don’t run it thru auto car washes. With that said, I will take it to a self wash bay during the winter to safely remove the heavy crud. I will only use spray gun to rinse.
