Hose rubs pulley

    I had the same problem on my 2002 tundra only to find out that the hose was installed upside down. The short bend belongs on top and the longer bend at the bottom of radiator. My mechanic apparently put in upside down. Plenty of clearance now. Hope this is helpful

    Haha! I have to admit I did the same thing to mine when I changed the radiator out. I was under it fighting the hell out of it and could not figure out why it was so close to the belt. Being a true Aggie, it took me a few minutes to figure out it was upside down. Better than running it like that and finding out the hard way I guess.
