I have a pilot break controller I took out of my old Dodge Ram and want to put it in my tundra. I have the pigtail that came with my truck but there's more wires on the pigtail then on the BC

Can anyone help me with identify which wires go where . Or where I can get a adapter to plug directly into my truck

You will most likely have to purchase a wiring harness adapter. They are cheap.

Also, the plug in is by the foot brake. White plug.

Try eTrailer.com. Doesn't look like the sell the Reese brake controller but they sell adapters.

If that white plug have exposed wires at the other end you need to find the wire schematic for the bc and the truck..that does not seen like it is the right plug

One of the wires doesn't get used. I spliced mine to the pigtail that they give you in the glove compartment....works fine. I had to google which wire goes to which. I will see if I can find the one I used.
